Remaining tickets can be purchased at the Neue Börse before the start of the audio walk.

Concessions
Holders of a Kulturlegi, students and those under the age of 20 can purchase tickets for all performances at a reduced prize upon presentation of a student card or ID at Bellevue and Landiwiese box offices.
A quota of reduced tickets is reserved for holders of a Zürcher Kantonalbank card or a Carte Blanche from Tages-Anzeiger. The reduction is CHF 10 per ticket. Valid at all box offices and for tickets booked online or via telephone.

Ticket restitution
Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged except for performances cancelled by the festival direction. Tickets for cancelled performances can be reimbursed at the Landiwiese box office until SUN 1 September 2013.

Late admittance
No admittance after start of performance.
